Between the Cime de l'Est (Les Dents du Midi) and the charming village of Mex (VS), in the heart of nature surrounded by larch forest, meadows and away from any noise pollution, with a panoramic view, here is an authentic alpine chalet.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and a bar separating it from the kitchen. The kitchen uses gas for the double burners and wood for the oven and range cooker. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom (possibility of installing a shower), two bedrooms and a semi-bedroom to total 8 beds.
Outside, this property boasts a lovely terrace with panoramic views, a BBQ and a shed.


This chalet was completely rebuilt in 1985 and fully renovated between 2016 and 2019, including:
– screed
– vinyl flooring
– Perimeter insulation and paneling
– Electricity (bringing it up to standard, installing triple 220V switches, electrical panel, battery replacement)
– Bathroom renovation on the 1st floor


Access is only possible on foot (minimum 45-minute walk) or by adapted vehicle, so a quad bike will be provided with the purchase of the chalet.
Rainwater is collected in an underground retention tank (3000 litres) with a filter, electricity is provided by two solar panels, the house currently lacks hot water.
